Heming K Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a small creative business based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. We design and handcraft crocheted flowers, bouquets, macramé decorations, bud vases, and other handmade gifts.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, size, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade goods.

Materials used may include (depending on the product):

  • Cotton, wool, glass, gemstone, crackle glass, craft vinyl, burlap, and other craft materials

3. Made‑to‑Order Items & Processing Times

Most products are made to order.

  • Standard processing time: 2–3 days before dispatch.
  • During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Custom or personalised orders may require additional time.

If there is any expected delay, we will contact you promptly.

4. Personalisation & Custom Orders

Some items allow personalisation, such as choosing flower colours, wrap colours, or design variations.

By submitting a custom request, you confirm that:

  • All details provided are accurate
  • You approve the design choices communicated
  • You understand that personalised items are non‑refundable unless faulty

We may decline custom requests that are not feasible or do not align with our creative style.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom
  • Standard dispatch time: 2–3 days after order confirmation
  • We ship via Royal Mail or another reputable courier

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, delivery time is outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us. We will assist in tracking or replacing the item where appropriate.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items, as indicated on our Etsy listings.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Non‑personalised items
  • Items returned unused, in original condition
  • Return request made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item returned within 30 days

Not Eligible

  • Personalised or custom‑made items
  • Digital items
  • Items returned used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend tracked postage for returns

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After work has begun on a made‑to‑order item, cancellations may not be possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product descriptions, photos, branding, and creative content on this website are the intellectual property of Heming K Creations.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Safety Information

Some items may contain small parts (e.g., beads, gemstones, wire stems). These are not toys and should be kept away from children and pets.

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services
  • Misuse of products
  • Allergic reactions to materials (materials are listed in product descriptions)

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
